Our Team.
Erica Hamilton, PsyD Co-Founder
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, warm, and nonjudgmental space to help my clients navigate their inner world and experiences and make constructive choices about what to do with those feelings to decrease suffering. I prioritize building a strong relationship with my clients and aim to be a supportive partner in both their successes and setbacks.
My approach to treatment is influenced by a variety of empirically supported approaches tailored to help each client learn and develop the skills they need to live more satisfying lives. I am intensively trained in DBT through the Linehan Institute and I specialize in treating emotion dysregulation, complex trauma and dissociation, mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and relationship difficulties.

I feel strongly about helping people feel connected to the ones they cherish the most. I work relationally and focus on your relationship with yourself and those around you. Additionally, I’ll help you explore relational trauma, relationship anxiety, fall our from infidelity, or relationship beliefs that are holding you back. If you're in a relationship or looking for one, I can help! We'll work together to develop strategies and tools for real change.
After graduating from Columbia School of Social Work, I completed the 4 year post masters program in couples and family therapy at the Ackerman Institute for the Family. I am also trained in EFT and AEDP.
Kristen Scarlet LMHC, Co-Founder
I approach therapy as a collaborative process. Through cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence based practices, I help people develop the coping techniques they need to manage depression, anxiety, OCD and other mental health related disorders.
As a trained trauma provider, I also work with people in processing trauma and difficult relationships. I’ve discussed topics related to relationships and stress relief in various publications such as Well + Good, Business Insider and I Do Podcast.
